We arrived at the job site to find a leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen ceiling. We removed the toilet, inspected the 3-inch cast iron drain pipe with a camera, and found scale buildup. We proceeded to run the 3-inch descaler machine to remove the scale buildup. It's important to note that after we removed the toilet we also found that the toilet flange wasn't installed correctly; so we had to install the correct cast iron toilet flange. Lastly, we anchored the toilet flange to the wood and installed the toilet back.

The lavatory sink drainpipe had a blockage. After a sewer camera inspection, the plumber found that the cast iron pipe was obstructed by solidified buildup. We employed a high-speed Picote descale machine to restore the pipe's diameter. Subsequently, we assembled the p-trap and installed a new lavatory faucet.
